These programs are taught primarily in Danish, with the use of Arabic and English. Individual courses may be taught entirely in English: see course schedule.

Minor in Arab area studies

This program

  • is intended for students with a major in a discipline such as anthropology or political science.
  • adds a regional expertise to an existing disciplinary background.
  • covers the essentials of language, religion, history, and politics. 

Extended minor in Arab and Islamic Studies

This program is intended for future gymnasium (Danish high-school) teachers.
