The Science-Theology Forum is run by a steering committee associated with the University of Aarhus. The steering committee ideally consists of two theologians and two natural scientists. The main task for the committee is to organize the lectures and symposium and to assure the financial means needed to carry out the lectures and symposiums. The overall planning of the program is done in a cooperation between the committee and representatives from the study groups.
The Science-Theology Forum does not have any formal membership. The lectures are free of charge and open to all who are interested. There will be some charges in connection with participation in the symposiums and conferences, but these are kept to a minimum thanks to the support from the Faculty of Theology and the Faculty of Science. The study groups are organized privately by group members.
